In this role you will add value to PXP by:


We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategy & campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and a proven track record of driving measurable results.


A typical week as a Digital Marketing Manager might involve:


Digital Strategy Development:


  • Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and tailor strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Leverage data analytics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Utilise retargeting to achieve goals and maximise ROI.


Campaign Management:


  • Design, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, and ROI.
  • A/B test campaigns to improve results.


SEO, SEM, Website:


  • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO).
  • Plan and execute paid search campaigns (SEM) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Analyse and optimise website for better conversion.
  • Build landing pages to support campaigns and product launches.


Social Media:


  • Oversee paid social media campaigns and optimise results.


Email Marketing:


  • Develop and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
  • A/B test email content and optimize open rates and click-through rates.
  • Create sequences and email drip campaigns.


Analytics and Reporting:


  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital channels.
  • Optimise campaign results.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.


We are looking for someone who:


  • Focus: Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. ROI-focused.
  • Experience: Proven track record in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role in a FinTech/Payments company.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies.
  • Creativity: Ability to create engaging content, strong copywriting skills and an eye for design.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media platforms, and email marketing software as well as Hubspot.
  • Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
