Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to spearhead our product development which integrates advanced Machine Learning and AI technologies. This role involves leading a team in designing, developing, and maintaining AI-driven solutions with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and robustness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, experience with AWS and GCP environments, and a solid foundation in data science.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of machine learning models and AI solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy ML/AI-driven pipelines using Python.
• Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP to ensure seamless deployment and scaling of AI applications.
• Oversee the integration of DevOps practices into machine learning workflows to enhance continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, developers, and product managers to ensure alignment of technical strategies and product visions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members in the areas of machine learning, AI, and cloud architecture.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in AI, machine learning, and cloud platforms.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and data security.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in software development with a significant focus on AI and machine learning projects.
• Proven expertise in Python programming and familiarity with AI and machine learning libraries and frameworks.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and GCP.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and methodologies, particularly as they relate to AI/ML operations (MLOps).
• Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
