ThoughtExchange is looking for a Product Marketer who is excited about communicating the value of innovative software and engagement approaches to our current and future customers. If you get excited about market research and competitive intelligence, we want to hear from you!


The Product Marketing Manager will support and execute our products' go-to-market strategies. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong analytical skills, with a significant focus on research and competitive analysis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our target markets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive program success.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the go-to-market strategy, support sales enablement, and drive pipeline growth & product adoption by partnering with various teams across the company. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, you’ll be responsible for supporting product launches, sales enablement, and leading marketing research and competitive intelligence programs.


Responsibilities:

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Monitor and analyze competitor strategies, product offerings, and market positioning
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to product management and marketing teams based on research findings
  • Develop comprehensive competitive analysis reports to inform strategic decisions and enhance our product offerings
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to ensure our products remain competitive and relevant

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, and marketing to define product positioning and messaging
  • Develop and maintain product marketing materials, including sales decks, one-pagers, product videos, and customer testimonials
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints

Sales Enablement:

  • Develop and deliver training and sales enablement tools to support the sales team
  • Create and manage a library of sales collateral, presentations, and other resources
  • Assist sales teams in customer engagements by providing expertise and support as needed, particularly as it relates to the competitive landscape and differentiation

Demand Generation:

  • Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive product awareness and lead generation
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and drive continuous improvement
  • Develop customer testimonials, success stories, and case studies to support demand-generation efforts

ADEI:

  • Support our Anti-Racism and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (ADEI) mandate by (at a minimum) being aware of our ADEI commitment and initiatives and completing all required ADEI training


What we think is true about you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS product marketing
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing new features and products
  • Extensive experience with market research and competitive analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment


The hiring range for this role is $90,000 - 106,000 CAD. Your specific compensation within this range is determined based on your job-related skills, knowledge, experience, and our internal equity assessment.
