SPS Commerce is seeking a Country Sales Manager to join our team in France. If you have solid Supply Chain and/or E-Invoicing experience along with strong interpersonal and change management skills, this position offers you some great opportunities.

Day to Day

Reporting to Director, Sales and Partners European Operations, you will oversee all sales activities within France, managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring ARR targets are met. This will include acting on the sales strategies to expand market share, building relationships with key clients, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities. Additionally, you'll collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Pivotal to your success will be your ability to foster a positive, upbeat environment and motivate team members.

More specifically, you will:

  • Assume responsibility for the development of the Supply Chain and E-Invoicing business in France
  • Assume responsibility for ARR growth targets for SPS France
  • Execute on sales strategies to promote growth within France
  • Read and understand financial data / reporting
  • Agree to ARR targets, and produce a detailed annual sales operating plan
  • Manage and report monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for ARR growth
  • Produce sales performance reports (monthly / quarterly / yearly)
  • Manage the sales team, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training

Required Skills

To be a good fit for the Country Sales Manager opportunity, you will have:

  • Experience in Supply Chain and E-Invoicing in France (southern Europe)
  • Strong commercial background with proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • A proven record of managing sales teams to achieve targets
  • A demonstrated ability to manage change
  • Experience in working in international organizations
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent networking, presentation, analytical and influencing skills
