Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of user-centric interfaces and experiences across web and mobile platforms.

• Utilize a combination of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create interactive and responsive UI designs.

• Employ design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD to conceptualize and prototype user flows, wireframes, and mockups.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and inform design decisions.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

• Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency and scalability.

• Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance on best practices and fostering their growth and development.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design methodologies to continuously enhance design processes and deliver innovative solutions.

• Advocate for user-centered design principles and champion the importance of UX throughout the organization.

• Drive the evolution of our design culture by promoting collaboration, creativity, and excellence in design craftsmanship.
