Key Responsibilities:
Product Vision and Strategy:
  • Develop and articulate a clear vision for the authentication and authorization solutions (Active Directory, Entra ID, PKI, SSO, MFA etc), aligning it with the broader organizational goals and security posture.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing development efforts based on user needs, security requirements, and emerging technology trends.

Integration and Configuration:
  • Integrate authentication and authorization services with existing systems, applications, and data stores, facilitating seamless user experiences across different platforms.
  • Configure identity and access management (IAM) tools and platforms to meet specific organizational needs, including user provisioning, role-based access control, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).

Feature Development and Management:
  • Oversee the lifecycle of the product from conceptualization to deployment, including identifying requirements, drafting specifications, guiding the development team, and managing releases.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the product interfaces are user-friendly and facilitate a seamless user experience without compromising security.

Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, effectively communicating product capabilities, updates, and the rationale behind product decisions.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from a broad range of stakeholders, including end-users, IT, security teams, and compliance officers, to continuously refine and improve the product.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the product, interfacing with internal stakeholders (e.g., IT, security, compliance, business units) and external parties (e.g., vendors, partners) to gather requirements, provide updates, and align expectations.
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication across teams to address challenges, remove roadblocks, and ensure a smooth product development lifecycle.

Risk Management and Compliance:
  • Ensure the product adheres to relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards related to identity management, data protection, and access controls.
  • Collaborate with security specialists to regularly assess and mitigate risks associated with authentication and authorization processes.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis:
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in identity and access management technologies, regulatory landscapes, and industry best practices.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market gaps, opportunities for innovation, and threats from competing products.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product and monitor its performance against these benchmarks.
  • Analyze usage data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and feature enhancement.

Experience, Skills And Behaviours
  • Indicate the required education in terms of minimum years of education, required type of degree, field of studies, etc. and the required knowledge and/or experience in terms of minimum years of experience in the respective field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a multinational complex setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing Identity and Access management strategies for large user bases.
  • Experience in managing complex technology migrations and lifecycle management.
  • Project management skills to plan and execute cloud Identity-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
  • Agile or other project management methodologies experience is a plus

  • Experience with IAM tools and platforms (e.g., Okta, Forgerock, Microsoft Entra ID).
