We are looking for:
As the IT Hosting lead, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the new Cloud environment for Syensqo as well as the existing on premise ecosystem . This is a unique opportunity to architect and shape the future of our cloud infrastructure.

Acountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Cloud Environment Setup:
• As the IT Hosting Lead, your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the setup of cutting-edge cloud technologies, establishing robust landing zones on AWS and Google Cloud. This critical role involves orchestrating a seamless migration from the existing infrastructure to shape the future of Synsquo's cloud environment.
  
  

Architectural Leadership:

• Define and implement the architectural vision for Syensqo's cloud infrastructure.
• Lead the design and setup of cloud technologies, ensuring a scalable and future-proof environment.
  
  

Migration Expertise:

• Oversee the seamless migration from the current infrastructure to cloud platforms, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
• Implement best practices for a smooth transition to the new cloud environment.
  
  

Landing Zone Establishment:

• Establish robust landing zones on AWS and Google Cloud, optimizing for performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement industry best practices for cloud environment setup.
  
  

Technology Integration:

• Collaborate with the technology team to integrate cloud solutions seamlessly into existing systems. Overseeing the infrastructure, security, strategy and operation of data centers within Syensqo premises or not.
• Ensure interoperability and alignment with Synsquo's overall technology strategy.
  
  

Scalability and Flexibility:

• Design the cloud environment with scalability and flexibility in mind, accommodating Syensqo's evolving business needs.
• Implement solutions that enable agile responses to changing market demands.
  
  

Performance Optimization:

• Implement strategies to optimize the performance of Syensqo's cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor and fine-tune configurations for efficiency and responsiveness.
  
  

Innovation and Emerging Technologies:

• Stay abreast of emerging cloud technologies and assess their applicability to enhance Syensqo's cloud capabilities.
• Drive innovation by implementing improvements and leveraging the latest advancements.
  
  

Proven Leadership:

• Demonstrated experience in leading cloud transformation projects and managing teams effectively.
• Track record of successfully implementing cloud solutions in complex environments.
  
  

Technical Proficiency:

• In-depth knowledge of AWS and Google Cloud platforms.
• Experience in evaluating and adopting new technologies to enhance cloud capabilities.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
  
  

Strategic Thinking:

• Ability to think strategically and align cloud initiatives with overall business objectives.
  
  

Experience, Skills And Behaviours
Cybersecurity Expertise:

• Understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and frameworks.
• Knowledge of encryption, identity management, access controls, and other security measures within cloud environments.
• Indicate the required education in terms of minimum years of education, required type of degree, field of studies, etc. and the required knowledge and/or experience in terms of minimum years of experience in the respective field
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications would be a plus.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a leadership and technical role focused on Cloud management, preferably in a multinational complex setting.
• Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing Cloud strategies for large user bases.
• Experience in managing complex technology migrations and lifecycle management.
• Project management skills to plan and execute cloud-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
• Agile or other project management methodologies experience is a plus
