Main missions:
Deliver the services and operations model designed by product owners

• streamline execution of the service catalog,
• enforce incident and change processes framework
• overseer escalations and problem management
• monitor and report on the services performance
• lookout the team contracts and track execution
  
  

Contribute shaping the cyber security & compliance roadmap in collaboration with product owners

• service adjustment (processes, organization, contracts)
• audit and reporting
• cmmc certification
  
  

Assist the product owners and project managers in post-separation activities

• mitigate roadblocks
• anticipate team related challenges
• Lead MAGD projects

• Join LT of the Digital Operations team and contribute to the team animation

Key Stakeholder Interactions

• S/He will work closely will all Product Managers and Tech Leads for the different product lines
• Keep a close collaboration with Procurement for all contracts within the Digital Operations scope
• S/He will have direct contact with all stakeholders of Digital Operations (digital teams in GBUs, Supply Chain function, Industrial Function,...)
• IT Service Delivery Manager community

Experience and skills required to be successful:

• Experience in IoT, Manufacturing & Operational Technologies
• Experience of IT Governance/Project Management for Industrial Applications
• Knowledge of the industrial applications landscape at Syensqo is a plus
