We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cloud Engineer specializing in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Terraform to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions to meet our business needs.

Responsibilities:

Cloud Infrastructure Development and Management:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructures on GCP.
• Implement and manage cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, primarily utilizing Terraform.
• Automate cloud deployments and develop cloud-native applications.

Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and automated code deployments.
• Work closely with development teams to integrate cloud solutions into application deployment processes.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

• Monitor cloud resources for optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement best practices for cloud security, scalability, and reliability.

Collaboration and Support:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their cloud requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-related issues.

Innovation and Research:

• Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and trends.
• Recommend and implement new cloud solutions and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC, Cloud Functions, Cloud SQL, etc.).
• Strong experience in infrastructure, such as code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
