The Success Analyst is a data-focused expert and is responsible for improving the Signature Customer experience through impactful proactive and predictive technical analysis.

As part of the Product Education organization, the Success Analyst will manage Signature Customers’ Proactive Monitoring configuration, from initial setup and onboarding, to ongoing maintenance. The Analyst will use the tools and data at their disposal to identify and investigate trends in a customer’s usage, performance, and stability metrics. Success Analysts also support larger engagements through data gathering and consolidation from multiple sources.

The ideal Success Analyst is someone with a passion for data, who enjoys figuring out a complex puzzle. Keen interest in AI technologies is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, along with the ability to quickly learn new technologies, are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the maintenance of monitoring configurations for Signature Success Plan customers throughout their lifecycle
  • Utilize Data Analysis tools such as Splunk to uncover performance and usage trends within customer implementations.
  • Recognize and address common Antipatterns present in diverse customer implementations.
  • Document patterns and trends within log data, sharing insights with Customer-facing roles such as Customer Success Managers or Success Architects.
  • Prepare quarterly reports on Monitoring trends and alert data, integral to Quarterly Success Reviews for all customers.
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing tools, including process automation and AI data analysis, to foster inclusivity and effectiveness across our customer base.

Required Skills/Experience

  • 2 to 6 years engineering / programming work experience.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly adaptable, fast learner, and resourceful
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally on a global scale
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Other Skills/Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with Data analysis and visualization tools (Splunk, Tableau etc.)
  • Experience with Data related AI and Machine Learning technologies
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, App Builder, or Platform Developer.
  • Knowledge of CRM domain and experience with Salesforce CRM, Force.com, Marketing Cloud, and related technologies.
