Key Responsibilities:

• Consultation: Provide consultation to hiring managers on recruitment strategies and best practices.

• Recruitment Process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
