? Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, such as online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
- Support the creation and maintenance of job descriptions and job postings.
- Assist in organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment events.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

- Post-graduation degree in HR and willing to join recruitment.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Prior experience in HR or recruitment (internships, volunteer work, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
