Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team full-time. In this role, you will attract, source, and hire top talent to support our organization's growth. You will collaborate with hiring managers, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the end-to-end hiring process. Your efforts will ensure we build a strong talent pipeline and maintain a competitive edge.

? Roles & Responsibilities


  • Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, such as online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of job descriptions and job postings.
  • Assist in organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment events.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.



? Skill Sets


  • Post-graduation degree in HR and willing to join recruitment.
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Prior experience in HR or recruitment (internships, volunteer work, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
