Position Summary

We are seeking an Alliance coordinator to develop and maintain strong relationships with virtual streamers and their agencies. This is crucial for their success on AniLive and the establishment of a fan-based economy.

What you will do

• Research and set the potential target for AniLive agencies in specific markets
• Create and execute the strategy for acquiring streamers and agencies
• Become a good partner of talent agencies and accelerating their business growth
• Manage the debut schedules of streamers
• Ensure that all agents adhere to company and federal guidelines
• Handle budget control and payment procedures
  
  

What you will bring

• Passion for the Japanese entertainment industry — anime, manga, gaming, VTubing... you must be an otaku!
• 3+ years experience in the role, particularly in the entertainment sector's digital, social, and emerging technologies such as VTubing
• 2+ years of experience in sales planning at B2C companies
• 2+ years experience in getting new projects and planning partnerships with other companies
• Business level English is required
• Project management experience
• Experience in building good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience using Notion, GSuite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Zoom
