About The Opportunity
The ideal candidate should be a proactive individual with strong communication skills. He or she should have good technical knowledge in oracle SQL/PLSQL and basic knowledge on payroll domain.
What You’ll Get To Do
- Provide client support for application and technical issue resolution via email, phone and ticketing tool (Service Now) for production application environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software related issues.
- Provide functional and technical solution to clients.
- Excellent problem-solving capability, thinking, analytical ability and self-learner.
- Perform as team player, timely analysis and problem solving.
- Knowledge on Oracle SQL query writing (Any certification will add value)
- Extensive knowledge in PLSQL
- Basic understanding on Java.
- Basic knowledge on payroll application.
- Knowing Singapore statutory will add value
- Willing to work in rotational shifts - including weekends.
- Weekend on call or in office support weekly rotations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Willing to work at Client location during SIT, UAT and depending on the situatio
- Flexibility in handling different roles in supporting client
- 3-5 years of experience in development as well as in production support.
- With a min of Diploma in IT / Computer Science graduate.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, and a responsible team-player.
- The ability to communicate effectively - both verbally and in writing.
- Good knowledge in writing PLSQL objects, debugging PLSQL blocks
- Good SQL knowledge in writing queries
- Ability to adapt quickly to an existing complex environment and learn new concepts / software technologies as needs arise.
