Junior Business Analyst – London– Hybrid – Fixed Term Contract - Up to £35,000 p/a

We at TEKsystems are on the lookout for a Junior Business Analyst for an industry leading client within the utilities sector based out of the Heart of London. Our client are currently experiencing vast amounts of growth and are looking for someone to come in and work across the company with a large majority of work sitting within their IT systems development area. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in Business Analysis and will have strong skills in -

• Requirement Gathering: Working closely with stakeholders inside and outside the organisation to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for change requests.
• Analysis and Documentation: Assessing current business processes, systems, and workflows to pinpoint improvement opportunities and meticulously document the requirements for change initiatives.
• Change Management Support: Supporting the design and execution of change management strategies, which includes conducting impact assessments, analysing stakeholders, and developing communication plans.
• Communication: Maintaining clear and effective communication with all organisational levels to collect requirements, resolve issues, and negotiate solutions.
• Problem Solving: Tackling complex issues by identifying problems, devising innovative solutions, and collaborating with diverse teams to implement these changes.
• Time Management: Efficiently managing multiple tasks and deadlines to ensure the timely completion of change requests and project milestones.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring precision in documenting requirements, analysing data, and evaluating proposed changes to reduce risks and prevent errors.
• Team Collaboration: Actively collaborating with project managers, developers, testers, and other team members to ensure the effective delivery of change initiatives.
