- Attract and retain top talent for the customer success team
- 5+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment
- 2+ years of Customer Service management experience
- Proficiency in CRM & Contact Center solutions
- Track record of coaching and developing team members
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to lead with a massive heart
- Experience in a hyper-growth company environment
- Knowledge of healthcare or wellness industry
- Prior experience in a heart-based company
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving role
- Strong alignment with company values and mindset
