We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data into our databases and ensuring the maintenance of accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
Enter data accurately and efficiently into our database systems.
Verify and correct data as needed to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
Maintain and update records and files as necessary.
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Follow data privacy and security protocols to protect sensitive information.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
Previous experience in data entry or a related field.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and data entry software.
A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
