Salary Range: $70,000 annually plus additional benefits


About the Role

The hiring company is seeking a Customer Onboarding Coordinator to join the Customer Operations team. As the Onboarding Coordinator, you will be the initial contact for small businesses adopting a new 401(k) plan and provide ongoing support throughout the implementation process. Working closely with a diverse client portfolio, ranging from small business owners to C-level executives, you will report to the Onboarding Manager.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone and email
  • Support new client onboarding and education initiatives
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams
  • Gather client feedback to drive product enhancements
  • Contribute to monthly and ad-hoc projects
  • Assist in documenting processes and procedures


The Team

The Onboarding team plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional and educational experience to clients. Dedicated to simplifying the implementation process of employee benefit systems, the team builds trust, approachability, and transparency to ensure a positive client journey with the company's products.


Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of client-facing support experience
  • Proficiency in customer support platforms and CRMs (e.g., JIRA, Salesforce, Talkdesk)
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and optimize client experiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and analytical approach
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, listening, and writing)
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
