About the Role
The hiring company is seeking a Customer Onboarding Coordinator to join the Customer Operations team. As the Onboarding Coordinator, you will be the initial contact for small businesses adopting a new 401(k) plan and provide ongoing support throughout the implementation process. Working closely with a diverse client portfolio, ranging from small business owners to C-level executives, you will report to the Onboarding Manager.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone and email
- Support new client onboarding and education initiatives
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams
- Gather client feedback to drive product enhancements
- Contribute to monthly and ad-hoc projects
- Assist in documenting processes and procedures
The Team

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of client-facing support experience
- Proficiency in customer support platforms and CRMs (e.g., JIRA, Salesforce, Talkdesk)
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and optimize client experiences
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and analytical approach
- Excellent communication skills (phone, listening, and writing)
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
