You Will Be Responsible For
- Ensuring accurate coding of diseases and therapies
- Scanning, Uploading and labeling of case documents into the appropriate case files
- Collection of medical files and documents to be scanned, indexed and uploaded to web-based Utilization Review case management application.
- The separation and sorting of soft copy medical files and documents
- You have at least 3 years experience within a Records Management role, ideally within the Medical or Insurance industry.
- Basic medical terminology
- You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
- You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- You have working knowledge of medical coding, data entry
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable reading and analyzing medical documents in English
- Must be Accurate and Efficient
- Must be Punctual and Dependable
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to meet daily Quota
- Comfortable working an overnight shift
- Opening for a strong medical coder looking for meaningful work
