Job Profile:


As a Real Estate Virtual Assistant at ABSPL, you will be a full-time remote employee working with one or more clients to assist with various tasks related to the real estate industry.



Real Estate VA Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

- Data entry and database management.

- Market research and report generation.

- Calendar management and appointment scheduling.

- MLS profile sheet preparation and assistance with MLS tasks.

- Customer service support, including routing inquiries and providing email/chat assistance.



Transaction Coordination:

- Coordinating real estate transactions from contract to closing.

- Assisting with paperwork preparation and ensuring data accuracy.

- Vendor coordination for property-related services such as staging and photography.

- Offering assistance to listing agents and agents in scheduling showings and preparing paperwork for offer submissions.



Marketing Assistance:

- Social media management and content creation.

- Graphic design and marketing collateral development.

- Copywriting for advertisements and email campaigns.

- Video editing for property showcases and promotional content.



Lead Management and Generation:

- Lead qualification and nurturing.

- Inside sales agent (ISA) work and appointment setting.

- Conducting online research for market trends and potential properties.



Executive Assistance:

- Providing support with itinerary planning and calendar management.

- Assisting with email organization and communication.

- Utilizing advanced Excel for data analysis and project management.





Requirements:

Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members both verbally and in writing.

Past Real Estate Experience: Previous experience working in the real estate industry, familiarity with terminology, processes, and procedures.

Previous Experience as a Virtual Assistant: Demonstrated experience in providing virtual assistance, managing tasks remotely, and coordinating administrative duties.

Proficiency in MS Suite and MS Excel: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, for data management, analysis, and reporting.

Client Communication: Ability to interact professionally with clients, address inquiries, and provide assistance promptly and courteously.

Chat and Email Communication:Proficiency in managing communication channels such as chat and email, ensuring timely responses and maintaining effective correspondence.



Job Prerequisites:

  • A distraction-free workspace with a reliable internet connection with at least 70 mbps
  • Laptop with an integrated camera, and an in-home office setup including at least 8GB of RAM and 2GB for Macs, I-3 7th Gen processor at 2.4GHz, the most recent version of MS Office, and a minimum of 256MB of internal GPU.
  • A pair of headphones.


Work Shift:

Monday to Friday, 11:30 pm - 8:30 am IST


Salary:

Approximate salary all the open positions is between ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
