The Job

As an Admissions Intern, you will be the face of our organization, serving as the primary point of contact for prospective applicants. Your main responsibilities will involve screening applicants, reaching out to them, and guiding them through the admission process for our membership programs and courses.


What You'll Do


  • Applicant Screening: Review and evaluate applications, resumes, and supporting materials to assess each applicant's eligibility and fit for our programs.
  • Outreach and Communication: Proactively reach out to potential applicants via email, phone calls, or other communication channels to provide information about our offerings, answer inquiries, and guide them through the admission process.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews for qualified applicants, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Provide applicants with necessary instructions and guidance throughout the interview process.
  • Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate records of applicant information, communication logs, and interview schedules using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Admissions and Experience teams to ensure a seamless applicant experience and continuously improve processes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist in generating reports and analyzing data related to application volume, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
