Job Description: Data Entry Specialist - Remote
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. As a remote position, this role allows for flexible work arrangements and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update information into databases and spreadsheets
- Verify and correct data inconsistencies or errors
- Organize and maintain electronic files and records
- Conduct data research and gather relevant information from various sources
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times
- Identify opportunities to improve data entry processes or systems
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable internet connection and computer equipment
