  • Job Title: Field Support (Out Of Hours) Executive – Part Time
  • Location: Remote
  • Salary: £12,700 per annum
  • Hours: 19.25 hrs working week (Evening, 4 Evenings working, 4 days off on a rotational basis)

What is this role of a Field Support (Out Of Hours) Executive?

As a Field Support Executive you will be working within a small team with other experienced professionals. The role includes dispatching jobs to our FSC team who are based in Serbia. You will also be handling a variety of queries from the FSC team as well as other departments. Some of the responsibilities include making outbound calls, mailbox management, liaising with various departments, tele-communication providers and field engineers about all aspects of our ATMs. Your role is to put into place a plan of action to ensure the lowest down time possible for any ATM. With upwards of 1.5 million individual transactions every single day this job is great for people who are able to multi task and think on their feet.

This role requires you to think outside the box and problem solve, escalating to appropriate management where guidance is required. You are required to work as part of a team as well as an individual to ensure that set KPI’s are achieved.

What will I be doing as a Field Support (Out Of Hours) Executive?

  • Provide a personable and professional service, usually under pressure.
  • Handle a wide variety of engineering queries from across the UK.
  • Manage ‘Tickets’ on the in-house database, ensuring a high level of organisation.
  • Processing Adhoc requests, managing resources and work to key processes.
  • Ensuring engineer queries and issues are followed through until completion.

Additional Responsibilities/training

  • Problem solving following processes within a busy environment.
  • Multi-task and make key decisions.

What Will I Need to Succeed as a Field Support (Out Of Hours) Executive?

The Successful Candidate Will Have a Passion And Flair For Delivering Great Operational Services. This Is a Developing Work Environment So a Positive Ability To Embrace Change Is a Must. You Will Need To Demonstrate

  • Good team player.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A passion for technology and innovation.
  • An understanding of technology and experience in MS Office including Outlook / Excel / Word to track work flow, daily tasks and assisting in personal organisation.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.

Shift Patterns (subject to change on the needs of the business):

  • Evening, 4 Evening working, 4 days off on a rotational basis.
  • 6pm – 11:30pm
  • Bank holidays to be worked in line with rotation – hours given back in lieu
