Are you ready to play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and fairness of messaging experiences? We're seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our Clients Well-Being Enforcement & Fairness team in the UK.

What’s in it for you?

• Salary Range from £98,000 up to £110,000 per year doe and location.
• 12-month contract – within IR35 – PAYE – paid on a weekly basis
• Location: Fully remote within the UK
  
  

Candidates to be considered for this role MUST hold appropriate work visa, no sponsorships or work permits provided. And you have to be physically present in the country, no working abroad options. About Client:

Responsibilities

Our client mission is to manage risky and violating users’ experiences on their platform in a fair, compliant, and proportional manner. They aim to make their applications the safest messaging platforms globally. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance key enforcement systems through full stack or backend coding.
• Utilize internal programming language to build innovative products and features.
• Contribute to scalable and reliable service development.
• Gain deep system understanding and drive large-scale projects efficiently.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficiency in full stack or backend coding – Java, PHP – preferred.
• Experience with large-scale systems.
• Proven track record of independently delivering changes to production.
• Strong analytical skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
• Experience with PHP, Java or similar OOP languages.
• Background in developing scalable services.
