We are currently recruiting for an Software Engineer to join our established and experienced Chief Information Office team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.

Role Requirements

Your Role:

As our .NET Software Engineer you will be responsible for designing and developing software applications orsystems based on project requirements. You will also translate functional specifications into technical designs and implement them using appropriate programming languages and frameworks.

As well as this you will also be participating in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards. You will also work closely with stakeholders,product managers, and designers to understand business requirements and user needs.

You will also conduct unit testing and integration testing of software modules to ensure their functionality and reliability. As well as debugging and resolving software defects to deliver bug-free software solutions.

The Individual

About You:

To be successful in this role you will need to have the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code,following coding standards and best practices. You will have proficient programming skills in VB.net, ASP.net, MVC and other related frameworks.

You will have In-depth understanding of the software development process, including requirements gathering,design, development, testing, and deployment and a familiarity with agile methodologies.

As well as this you will also have exposure to entity frameworks and good relational database experience preferably in Oracle or SQL Server. It would also be beneficial to have experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS and C#.
