This role will be a part of Team Internet's Legal & Compliance division and you will work closely with the governance team to support various aspects of governance and compliance activities within the organisation.

The role will work with the Governance team to provide expert advice and guidance to employees across the business/regions.

Key outcomes of the role

• Document management - proactively organise folders, files, documents
• Assist with drafting legal documents, policies, procedures and letters, using existing templates
• Manage the Risk Registers, ensuring accurate records of significant data processing across the business and identifying and managing associated risks.
• To assist in monitoring and reporting to ensure that the company meets all regulatory and other deadlines, including alerting and reminding other business areas
• Coordinate and support local teams on business continuity and disaster recovery planning
• Support the management of ESG data and reporting, including collecting, analysing, and reporting on ESG metrics and performance indicators
• Stay informed about emerging trends, developments, and best practices in compliance and ESG, and assist in the implementation of new initiatives as needed

About you

• Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to ESG principles.
• ESG Reporting: Ability to collect, analyze, and report ESG data to ensure compliance with reporting requirements and industry standards such as GRI, SASB, or TCFD.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
• Strong data management skills to organize, analyze, and maintain ESG-related data accurately and securely.
