The Role
We are on the hunt for a Product Manager, to help us in our mission to grow our flagship product in a highly competitive market.
? All our roles are remote working style from one of our entity locations in the UK, Malta, Spain or Portugal.

What You’ll Be Doing
Working across two squads, you will play an instrumental role in shaping and delivering our CMS migration, and the evolution of our underpinning platforms. You will work collaboratively with both squads and wider stakeholders to define & break down requirements, unblocking teams where needed and carrying out discovery work to ensure we prioritise value in everything we do. You will also play a pivotal role in ensuring synergy between the roadmaps of these two squads, highlighting dependencies and keeping alignment between two key workstreams.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with all disciplines (Content, SEO, UX, Commercial, Delivery) to ensure all requirements are understood, are tangible and actionable enabling the tech team to scope and build
- Be the guardian of prioritisation - collaborate with stakeholders to assess impact & effort, to ensure we are focusing on the right things to deliver maximum business value
- Gain a deep understanding of the product goals (both short and long term), carrying out necessary discovery work to set the team up for future delivery
- Surface challenges in a timely manner and consult the right people to resolve them, driving delivery progress
- Translate technical approach and challenges into clear language that can be understood by a non-technical audience, enabling effective decision making as we progress and achieving buy-in
- Regularly update on progress, keeping all key stakeholders informed and maintaining a strong two-way communication loop between business and delivery teams
- A self-starter - comfortable getting quickly up to speed with the technical landscape and requirements
- A strong communicator - an accomplished story teller who can keep things simple, maintain alignment and manage expectations
- A good level of technical understanding - with an ability to understand technical complexity and break down requirements
- A confident decision maker - quickly and accurately ascertains key information and determines direction with confidence
- A strong collaborator - used to operating in a cross-functional team including SEO, Content, UX, Delivery & Tech
- A data-driven, highly analytical approach
- Experience delivering CMS implementations
- Experience working in, or an understanding of, the affiliate marketing space
