We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with exceptional expertise in consultative selling, adept at personalizing interactions, and who possesses a deep understanding of our products. As an SDR, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and convert marketing-generated leads into qualified opportunities by leveraging your consultative approach, creative skills in personalization, and extensive product knowledge. This role requires proactive outreach, effective communication, and the ability to identify and engage with decision-makers within prospective companies.


Responsibilities:

  • Promoting and marketing VWO business through extensive and persistent cold calling, emails, and communication(s) to prospective clients
  • Researching and evaluating additional leads/prospects through web and CRM research.
  • Meet or exceed the assigned quota of a minimum of 50 calls / 30 emails per day with 7-9 connects.
  • Scheduling the most qualified and productive demos while also providing in-depth information to the Sales team.
  • Maintaining all contacts/opportunities and recording all progress in Salesforce.
  • Own prospecting, lead generation, sales qualification & initial customer calls to ensure the team meets annual revenue targets
  • Undertake market research to identify new and potential sectors, organizations, and functions for the product
  • Run targeted outbound campaigns to generate new leads across different sectors, functions, and geographies.
  • Manage the complete outbound sales funnel, talk to prospects, understand their requirements, and qualify them
  • Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision-makers.
  • Tee up leads that will turn into the business through persistence.


Qualifications:

  • Should be fluent in German
  • Proven track record of operating in a highly metrics-driven environment, emphasizing activity and conversion rates.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SDR in the B2B SaaS industry, showcasing your sales expertise, product knowledge, and ability to creatively personalize interactions.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate your ideas concisely and passionately while tailoring your approach to each prospect.
  • Strong understanding of the application of data and the decision-making process within large enterprises.
  • Ability to think quickly and adapt to new situations, showcasing your creativity in maintaining sales momentum and delivering tailored experiences.
  • Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to handle rejection with resilience.
  • Proficiency in developing rapport, influencing others, and maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently while remaining humble and personable.
  • Eagerness to learn, committed to continuous improvement, and open to receiving feedback.
