The Sr. DevOps Engineer will collaborate cross-functionally to operate and maintain secure Software/SaaS products and infrastructure, ensuring they meet established service level agreements within budget.

This position is part of the DevOps team located in the US and Canada and will be a hybrid/remote role.


In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Ensure product security and service levels.
  • Collaborate with the Security & Compliance team and Engineering to meet established security standards.
  • Minimize risks associated with emerging cyber threats and security vulnerabilities.
  • Build and run new infrastructure, Infrastructure-as-Code, and tools for improved products.
  • Implement application and infrastructure security checks.
  • Conduct performance and scalability tests.


The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent education & experience.
  • At least 5 years' experience operating and maintaining cloud infrastructure (IaC) and SaaS products.
  • Proven record of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) for cloud infrastructure deployments.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS product security and cybersecurity standards.
  • Experience with Terraform or similar for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
