Description:

TEKsystems are currently engaged with a global broadcasting studio to help find a Desktop Support Engineer to join their team on a long-term engagement they’re working on.

• Provide application support for more than 30 production applications, including backend and user interface support.
• Possess a strong infrastructure support and systems administration skill set.
• Have access to servers and demonstrate a good understanding of Windows Administration.
• Administer complex applications, with expertise in tools like Okta.
• Have experience with AWS, including managing EC2 instances and virtual machines.
• Work with networks, managing multiple domains and creating DNS records.
• Be proficient in automation, including scripting with Python.
• Familiarity with Active Directory is a plus, especially in terms of adding, changing, and decommissioning accounts.
• Act as a true identity administrator, setting up identities in Okta for third-party production company clients, ensuring proper tool usage and permissions.
