So, what does an Infrastructure Implementation Engineer look like at CluedIn?

As our new Infrastructure Implementation Engineer, you will work as part of the customer facing Implementation team. You will work as a critical first part of our customer projects, owning and running the CluedIn deployment process. Your day-to-day job will be a mix of deploying new customers, maintain their instances and improving the deployment process.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Remote deployment of CluedIn following processes, system requirements, and customer specific needs.
• Assist customers on deployment requirements and Azure integrations.
• Work directly with the implementation team to assist with any questions regarding the deployment and customer infrastructure.
• Responding to customer requests for application infrastructure support.
• Impact the product roadmap by identifying key customer issues in the relevant area.
• Build up an internal and external knowledge base of common issues and resolutions.
  
  

Who we're looking for:

Other than the above, here are a few other requirements for the role:

• Experience working with Azure services in particular in a IaaS or PaaS context, Azure service /vendor certifications a plus.
• Experience with configuring and using PaaS services, in particular Kubernetes
• Experience configuring and using IaaS services (like VM, networking, storage).
• Excellent knowledge of SQL and experience with other query languages (GQL preferred).
• Networking principles and protocols such as IP subnetting, Network Security Groups, routing, Azure Firewall, ExpressRoute, load balancer, DNS, etc.
• Experience working with modern search databases (Elastic) and graph data bases (Neo4j) a plus.
• Working with Azure cloud native tooling.
