We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team on a Fixed Term Contract until the end of 2024 who will contribute to various operational streamlining projects. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive documentation, insightful reporting, and analysis, while actively engaging with key stakeholders to drive projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• and streamline all GBS SOP’s across the AP, AR, and GL towers for our diverse markets, ensuring alignment with regional or global blueprints.
• key operational streamlining projects, including the creation of necessary project documentation and proactive task management to achieve project goals.
• stakeholder updates through meetings or tailored documentation, ensuring clear communication channels.
• with various stakeholders, including IT and Finance teams, to advance project progress effectively.
