What You’ll Do

  • Lead by example on the line—fast, clean, and consistent

  • Prep ingredients, cook, and assemble dishes to company standards

  • Help train and support line cooks during busy shifts

  • Keep your station stocked, organized, and spotless

  • Maintain portion control and minimize waste

  • Jump in wherever needed to keep service moving

  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards

  • Support special events and functions as needed

  • Communicate clearly with kitchen and FOH staff

  • Live out Spare Time’s Code S.E.R.V.E. service standards

What You Need

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Line Cook or Lead Cook

  • Strong knife skills and knowledge of kitchen prep

  • Ability to stay cool under pressure in a busy kitchen

  • Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude

  • Flexibility for nights, weekends, and event shifts

  • ServSafe certification a plus (not required)
