What You’ll Do
Lead by example on the line—fast, clean, and consistent
Prep ingredients, cook, and assemble dishes to company standards
Help train and support line cooks during busy shifts
Keep your station stocked, organized, and spotless
Maintain portion control and minimize waste
Jump in wherever needed to keep service moving
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
Support special events and functions as needed
Communicate clearly with kitchen and FOH staff
Live out Spare Time’s Code S.E.R.V.E. service standards
What You Need
1–2 years of experience as a Line Cook or Lead Cook
Strong knife skills and knowledge of kitchen prep
Ability to stay cool under pressure in a busy kitchen
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Flexibility for nights, weekends, and event shifts
ServSafe certification a plus (not required)
