Spacetalk (ASX:SPA) is redefining how families and seniors stay connected. We design wearable technology, mobile services, and software platforms that help parents and seniors stay safe, independent, and in touch — wherever life takes them. Following a major transformation, we’re in a new phase of global growth with bold ambitions across supply chain, product innovation, and mobile service
We’re looking for a Project Manager / Executive Partner to the COO — an operational force behind our Chief Operating Officer. This is a unique, high-impact role for someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity, driving outcomes, and enabling senior leaders to deliver on ambitious goals.
You’ll be the operational engine behind the COO — part executive assistant, part project manager, part scrum master — but above all, a driver of tactical execution. From supply chain transformation and customer support expansion, to new product launches, grant applications, and a wide portfolio of strategic and operational initiatives, you’ll ensure priorities are clear, moving parts stay aligned, and outcomes are delivered.

- Experience wrangling complex projects across multiple stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable switching gears between supply chain, product, and strategy topics
