Spacetalk (ASX:SPA) is redefining how families and seniors stay connected. We design wearable technology, mobile services, and software platforms that help parents and seniors stay safe, independent, and in touch — wherever life takes them. Following a major transformation, we’re in a new phase of global growth with bold ambitions across supply chain, product innovation, and mobile service

We’re looking for a Project Manager / Executive Partner to the COO — an operational force behind our Chief Operating Officer. This is a unique, high-impact role for someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity, driving outcomes, and enabling senior leaders to deliver on ambitious goals.

You’ll be the operational engine behind the COO — part executive assistant, part project manager, part scrum master — but above all, a driver of tactical execution. From supply chain transformation and customer support expansion, to new product launches, grant applications, and a wide portfolio of strategic and operational initiatives, you’ll ensure priorities are clear, moving parts stay aligned, and outcomes are delivered.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

  • Set up and maintain workflows, sprint boards, and action trackers
  • Track deliverables, dependencies, and risks across multiple initiatives
  • Facilitate standups, sprint reviews, and cross-functional check-ins

Executive Support for COO

  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, follow-ups, and action plans
  • Structure complex priorities into actionable workstreams
  • Support calendar and time management, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Prepare dashboards, reporting packs, and grant application materials

Operations, Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (product, supply chain, government, vendors)
  • Support onboarding/offboarding, vendor management, and compliance documentation
  • Ensure smooth execution of grant applications and reporting for government funding
  • Prepare crisp reporting packs for internal and external forums

Requirements

  • 3+ years in project coordination, PMO, consulting, or executive support
  • Prior management consulting experience (ex-McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar) highly desirable
  • Skilled in agile ways of working (scrum, kanban, sprints)
  • Experience wrangling complex projects across multiple stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • Comfortable switching gears between supply chain, product, and strategy topics
  • Tech-savvy (Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, PowerPoint/Excel, SharePoint)

Benefits

  • Be a trusted partner at the centre of an ASX-listed Australian tech turnaround, driving impact where it matters most.
  • Work directly with a high-caliber COO and leadership team
  • Be part of a company creating meaningful products for families and seniors
  • Fast-paced, high-impact environment where your work truly matters
  • Professional growth and exposure to strategic decision-making
