- Partner with Creative, Product, and Digital/eComm to ensure consistent brand storytelling across all touchpoints.
- Lead campaign kickoffs, providing clear briefs and direction to align cross-functional teams.

- Manage external partners (PR, influencers and affiliate agencies, production vendors) as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- 6–8 years of experience in brand or marketing management at a lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brand (DTC + Retail experience preferred).
- Proven success leading integrated campaigns from strategy through execution.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, influencer strategy, and retail marketing.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to balance multiple launches simultaneously.

- Highly collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented — thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Based in or willing to relocate to San Diego; in-office 3 days per week.
