QA Team leadership quality and should own all aspects of Testing, QA Framework for existing Products and Product end-to-end testing across functional and Automation.
Owner of all Quality KPIs from for Client Delivery.
Own and maintain test suites for variety of Products.
Lead and mentor QA team members and Trainees across all QA teams
Work in a dynamic Agile environment and come up with solutions to meet project needs.
Communicate with Client and end customers in written and verbal.
Technical skills requirements
The candidate must demonstrate proficiency and working Experience in:
Strong Testing Fundamentals knowledge
Expertise in Python Selenium, Robot automation framework from scratch to aid with regression and other repeatable tests.
Strong experience in creating and establishing End to End managing automation and Manual test projects.
Client facing with strong written and verbal communication, and present Demo to Client
Working knowledge of testing in Jira and Jenkins.
Knowledge of all testing tools, reporting and frameworks
Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and come up with solutions to meet project needs.
Client facing with strong written and verbal communication.
