SC Customer Collaboration Analyst

The Supply Chain Customer Collaboration Analyst is a pivotal role within our supply chain, dedicated to fostering strong relationships and maximizing customer satisfaction. This role leverages robust analytical, communication, and leadership skills to utilize both internal and external data. The Senior Analyst will drive best-in-class service, identify efficiency improvements, and effectively communicate customer needs to the demand planning organization. This position is crucial for ensuring that quality, safety, and an exceptional customer experience remain our top priorities, aligning with Colgate-Palmolive's commitment to leading critical customer-facing functions such as customer service, distribution, and transportation.

 

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate robust analytical and quantitative skills, proficiency with computer systems, and strong communication skills to establish relationships with our top customers and sales teams.

Think strategically, challenge convention, and be willing to take a leadership role within the team.

Develop analytical skills, demonstrate leadership, gain valuable customer experience, and shape the direction of how Colgate-Palmolive provides an improved customer experience.

Identify and communicate customer specific changes/trends that impact the demand plans.

Assures service level performance is aligned with the established customer requirements.

Inventory analysis is required to ensure proper levels are maintained and reduced where possible.

Play a critical role in collaborating with Planning and Sales within Colgate-Palmolive to improve national forecast accuracy and better distribution of finished goods' inventory.

Represent customer forecasts in the Sales & Operations Planning process, and perform forecast accuracy analysis to identify focus areas within the operating companies.

Collaborate with our customers to identify areas of opportunity for greater efficiency and service improvement.

Seek opportunities and lead improvement projects, including but not limited to new technology assessments and implementations, and logistic efficiency improvements.

Identify and potentially participate in opportunities to be involved in benchmarking, attending industry conferences, and provide critical input into the strategic direction of the organization.

Utilizes customer specific systems to access data and provide insights to the internal and external stakeholders.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. 

Minimum of three (3) years of proven supply chain experience in a customer facing environment

Expert understanding of replenishment, forecasting, and inventory management - preferably in the Oral Care (or adjacent health/beauty) category

Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or Tableau or SQL or similar reporting tools

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field

Proficiency with DOMO, Sigma, Snowflake,  Google sheets, Google Data Studio

Solid understanding of SAP and how to use the system capabilities to drive value 

Familiarity with Python or SQL

Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience working across cross-functional teams

Supply Chain experience or knowledge in Order Management, Forward and Reverse Distribution/Logistics, Replenishment, and/or Planning
Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with customer-centric mentality


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $94,000.00 - $133,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
