Assistant Principal - Early Childhood or Elementary chez Plano ISD

• Valid Texas teaching certificate with Mid-Management or Principal Certification
• Eligible to serve as a certified appraiser for the Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) 

• Strong understanding of instructional programs and teaching effectiveness
• Ability to interpret and apply data for decision-making
• Knowledge of early childhood and elementary education systems
• Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Minimum of three years of teaching experience
• Minimum of two years in a campus/district leadership role preferred

• Support the development and implementation of innovative instructional programs and evaluate their effectiveness.
