The primary role of an Financial Center Assistant Director is to successfully balance the needs of their three critical constituencies, customers, employees, and the communities they serve. As co-keeper of The Farmers Bank brand, they strive to deliver Financial Well-Being, and lead by example, in holding conversations with customers, (Business & Consumer) understand their needs, and match financial solutions the bank offers, to help the customer, in a professional, friendly, ethical, and efficient manner. Hours vary and include Saturdays.
