Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure outbound materials are shipped accurately and documented according to company procedures.
  • Identify and report shipping discrepancies; track and resolve claims through completion.
  • Conduct monthly finished goods inventory counts and reconcile variances.
  • Manage outbound shipments, delivery schedules, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on shipping performance metrics to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries related to shipments, including providing tracking and updates.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with shipping vendors and carriers.
  • Negotiate shipping rates and contracts to optimize cost and service levels.
  • Develop and implement best practices for material handling, auditing, and safety.
  • Explore process automation and technology upgrades for efficiency improvements.


  • Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
  • Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
