- Next-Generation Health Scoring Model: Redesign our customer health scoring framework to deliver predictive, actionable insights. You’ll shape how we identify churn risks, spotlight growth opportunities, and provide leadership with clear visibility into customer success signals.
- AI-Powered Data Analytics: Leverage AI and machine learning to establish cutting-edge models that extract insights from unstructured data sources such as call recordings, support notes, and community posts—unlocking intelligence that was previously hidden.
- RevOps AI Assistant Framework: Design and launch the first generation of AI-powered RevOps analyst capabilities at Meltwater. Enable business leaders to access company performance and customer experience insights instantly, through natural language prompts.
- 360° Customer View: Develop a single, unified view of the customer journey that integrates all key datapoints across Meltwater’s ecosystem—providing clarity into adoption, retention, and overall experience.
- Commercial & Product Performance Analytics: Partner with the Product organization to deliver reporting and analytics that connect product usage with commercial outcomes—empowering smarter product investment and customer growth decisions.
- 2-4 years in a data scientist or data analyst role, preferably with SaaS experience
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Snowflake and Python
- Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player mentality with the ability to work independently toward ambitious goals
- Willingness to occasionally work extended hours when required
- Demonstrable experience over-performing in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Excellent organizational skills including prioritization, scheduling and time management
- Ability to translate raw data into a compelling narrative that articulates the key takeaways / focus areas

Base Salary of $85,000 – $100,000 CAD per year before bonuses. The company also offers for this position 5% quarterly bonuses [subject to the terms of the applicable bonus plan].
