Location: Hybrid (Egham, Surrey)

Salary: £30,000 – £34,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM



Are you ready to lead with purpose and precision? Join 4th Dimension as our Non-Fault Updates Team Leader and take charge of a dynamic, dispersed team managing non-fault claims with excellence. We are seeking an experienced and driven Non-Fault Updates Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Non-Fault Claims (Updates) Team. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant management of non-fault claims post-capture, in line with our service level agreements and business objectives.



You will lead a dispersed team of claims handlers, ensuring performance targets are met, workflows are optimized, and technical knowledge is shared across the department. Key Responsibilities



  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Non-Fault Claims Handlers to deliver high-quality claims management in line with company standards and client SLAs
  • Oversee the allocation and monitoring of new and existing claims, ensuring even distribution and adherence to internal processes
  • Ensure accurate and timely data capture within the Proclaim system and compliance with all regulatory requirements (FCA, DPA, TCF, etc.)
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs and MI reporting, identifying trends and implementing improvements where necessary
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members, including the creation of structured coaching and development plans
  • Conduct regular team meetings, one-to-ones, and performance reviews, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex claims, complaints, or HR-related matters, ensuring swift and appropriate resolution
  • Keep the team informed of changes in workflow, legislation, and case law, promoting knowledge sharing and technical excellence
  • Coordinate weekend and overtime rota's, ensuring adequate resource planning and service continuity
  • Represent the department in cross-functional meetings and contribute to wider business initiatives



What We’re Looking For



  • Proven experience in a team leadership or supervisory role within a claims or insurance environment
  • Strong understanding of non-fault claims processes, including familiarity with ABI GTA and insurer/broker SLAs
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for delivering results
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team in a hybrid working environment
  • Competence in using case management systems (e.g., Proclaim) and Microsoft Office tools
