Frontend Lead chez NETZSCH Group

LabV is a Munich-based software company and a member of the NETZSCH Group, specializing in AI-powered data management solutions for materials research, quality control, and process optimization. Founded in 2022, LabV offers a cloud-based platform designed to transform industrial laboratories into intelligent data hubs, enhancing efficiency and product quality across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript

• Collaborate with designers and product teams to implement high-quality UI/UX

• Lead or mentor other developers in the team, promoting best practices and code quality

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and toolset

• Leverage tools like Figma for design handoff and feedback

• Explore and integrate emerging tools, including basic AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor)

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js

• Experience leading or mentoring teams (formally or informally)

• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and hands-on experience with Figma

• Familiarity with AI development tools like Cursor, or an interest in exploring them

• B2B experience, preferably in non-digital industries (manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, etc.)
