We are a stealth startup founded by serial entrepreneurs with a track record of successful exits. We've just raised a seed round from top Silicon Valley VCs and angels, and we're on a mission to fix the healthcare staffing shortage with AI. Our focus is on using AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to make hiring and training in healthcare faster and smarter.

Here's who we're looking for:
  • A super builder who can develop products fast. You're a full-stack developer who's comfortable getting things done across the whole tech stack.
  • Experience in mobile app development is a big plus.
  • Having a strong sense of what users need and want is important. Knowing your way around UX/UI is helpful, but not a deal-breaker.
  • You should be excited about diving into AI and LLMs, using existing APIs to create new solutions.
  • You are capable of working with various languages and technologies, including backend frameworks (Python, Kubernetes, Airflow), frontend libraries (React, Next.js, Expo), and advanced machine learning systems.
