Position Summary:The Junior Technical Lead will play a key role in leading technical initiatives and guiding development teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You will work closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines, and ensure successful project delivery. - Review technical designs, code, and architecture to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Identify technical risks and issues, and proactively address them to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of software solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development, and evaluate new tools and frameworks to improve our development process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, testers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in software development roles, with a focus on web or mobile applications.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with frontend and/or backend development technologies and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Leadership abilities with a desire to grow and develop as a technical leader.
