Position Summary:The Junior Technical Lead will play a key role in leading technical initiatives and guiding development teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You will work closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines, and ensure successful project delivery. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a passion for technology and a desire to grow and develop in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical initiatives and guide development teams in the design, implementation, and delivery of software solutions.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, helping them grow and develop their skills.
  • Review technical designs, code, and architecture to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Identify technical risks and issues, and proactively address them to minimize impact on project delivery.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of software solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development, and evaluate new tools and frameworks to improve our development process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, testers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in software development roles, with a focus on web or mobile applications.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
  • Experience with frontend and/or backend development technologies and frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Leadership abilities with a desire to grow and develop as a technical leader.
