About this opportunity:

As a college intern in Austin, you will help build predictive AI / automation solutions using production test databases. You’ll work closely with Digital ASIC Validation and Product Enablement teams across the globe to support next‑generation 5G network deployment.

 

 

What you will do: 

  • Collaborate with Validation and Production Enablement teams to satisfy stakeholder requirements using AI models on production data
  • Engage in code reviews — bringing fresh ideas and learning from senior engineers
  • Own assigned tasks end-to-end, from requirement gathering through implementation and validation
  • Continuously grow your technical skill set and adapt to new responsibilities

 

 

The skill you bring: 

  • 2.7+ GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent
  • Actively enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, Master’s, or PhD on a full-time basis at a 4-year college or university at the time of the internship
  • Be available to work 40 hours per week during the summer or Co-Op term
  • A passion for automation and a track record (coursework, side projects, internships) of building tools or processes to improve workflow
  • Basic data analysis skills (e.g. exploring datasets, summarizing insights, cleaning / transforming data)
  • Programming experience in Python, and familiarity with C or C++
  • Strong curiosity, persistence, and an eagerness to learn
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks or libraries
  • Exposure to large datasets, predictive modeling, or statistical analysis
  • Previous collaboration in cross‑functional / distributed teams
