Title: AVP-Production Support Analyst
Location: 1414 South Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC 28203
Duties: Collaborate with development teams to design and develop robust solutions to meet client requirements for functionality, scalability and performance. Ensure product technical issues are timely resolved. Oversee high availability and stability of systems utilizing a host of technical tools and processes to ensure that the internal and external users can access services. Responsible for developing system and application monitoring strategies to proactively identify and resolve potential system issues impacting business functions. Provide technical support
using knowledge of complex technology to solve problems and support new projects. Promote technical leadership to entry-level and junior engineers in a complex enterprise environment and provide guidance to process improvements and established policies. Responsible for strategizing automation solutions to get rid of manual processes. Implementing technical solutions for site reliability of the Infrastructure and managing the environment. Provides mentorship and solution guidance for the team and demonstrating the role of a senior architect. Set guidelines and processes for the team to comply with the best practices and compliance requirements.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical field plus five (5) years of progressively responsible experience as a Software Engineer, Assistant Consultant, or related position designing, building, and configuring applications. Must have experience with the following: planning, designing, and utilizing programming languages including C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, MSBuild, TFS, Java, Maven, Javascript, HTML, SQL Database, and related technologies to write new code or modify existing code for software enhancements and/or development of new products and features; working with enterprise data
warehouses and dimensional data; creating and maintaining Jenkins pipelines for CI/CD-as-code; monitoring tools including splunk, or appdynamics; and creating technical proofs-of concept, including installation, configuration, and integration of new software technologies.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $154,669 to $180,250, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
