Position:  Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst (BA) to join our team and work closely with the Product team to support the development of a robust payment platform.  The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are clearly understood, documented, and translated into actionable solutions. The BA will play a critical role in driving the success of projects by analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the payment platform.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with the development team's capabilities.
• Work closely with the UI Technical Lead to ensure user interface requirements are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals.
• Partner with the Senior Software Engineer to define API requirements, data flows, and integration points between frontend and backend systems.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in existing processes and systems.
• Create and maintain process flows, wireframes, and mockups to support the development of UI/UX designs.
• Assist in testing and validating developed features to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Support the implementation of PCI compliance requirements and content security policies in collaboration with the technical team.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.

Knowledge of UI/UX principles and their impact on business processes
